Damage to the property being worked on
This is usually excluded by most insurance companies and covers damage to whatever you are cleaning if it is damaged during the cleaning process. We provide this cover on all policies, not all insurance companies do. Without this cover you will be left to defend your actions if you feel you you haven't been negligent, with no help from your insurer.
Treatment Risks
If you are using chemicals or solutions that cause discolouration or other damage to the area being cleaned then you would want to know that your insurance provides such cover.Not all policies include treatment risks, but ours does.
Loss of Customer's Keys / Keyholder Cover
If you are responsible for holding keys on behalf of any of your customers then you should have this cover. Non specialist insurance policies don't include this cover as standard, our policy does.
